Remember that every minute counts towards your success! Let's continue being on time and ready to learn. Your commitment to punctuality sets the tone for a productive academic journey ahead! Students can start entering the building at 8:00 a.m. The tardy bell rings at 8:30 a.m.
We take joy in teaching our students each and everyday. Here at Morganton Road Elementary School we encourage a safe and productive environment by being a weapon free school.
Join us for merriment and cheer at our annual Christmas Concert on Thursday, December 12. Our 3rd Grade class, under the direction of Music Teacher extraordinaire, Carol Flynn, will add a special touch to this most special time of year at our eagerly awaited event. We look forward to seeing you and your family at 6:00 p.m. on December 12!
I am honored to serve the students, staff, faculty, parents and the community as Principal of Morganton Road Elementary School as we, together, strive for unrivaled heights in all areas of student life. Morganton Road Elementary School has a rich and storied history of academic achievement. Our faculty and staff are committed to ensuring that each and every child reaches their academic potential, and look forward to working with our extended school family as all play a pivotal role in the schooling process. As Principal, I am committed to ensuring that this dedication to our students not only continues but also grows and flourishes. I personally welcome all visitors to our school, so they, too, can see why Morganton Road Elementary School is such a special place.
