At Lucile Souders, we believe student success is a shared responsibility. Our dedicated staff works collaboratively to provide high-quality, standards-aligned instruction, use data to guide learning, and ensure every student receives the support needed to reach their full potential. We value the partnership of our families and community and encourage active involvement through communication, volunteering, and participation in school events.

Dear Dolphin parents, students, and staff,

I am very happy to serve as Lucile Souders’ Assistant Principal. It has been my experience that schools work best when the entire community rallies together to support students’ social, emotional, academic and physical growth, and Lucile Souders is definitely that place.  I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community of dynamic teachers and staff who are all “Champions for Children”.  As we approach this school year with a growth mindset, we will create a culture that values continuous improvement via intentional goal setting and reflective thinking.
